Can I use the ads for my business?
Yes. Our terms allow commercial use. You must have the rights to the product images, references and other content you use.
Are my uploads and ads public?
Your uploads and creations are not displayed publicly. Our processing providers receive the inputs needed to generate your ad.
Am I charged if generation fails?
If generation fails without delivering a file, your reserved credits are returned. A completed result uses credits even if you decide not to use it.
Can I get a refund for a credit pack?
Credit packs are generally non-refundable. Exceptional requests made within 7 days are reviewed individually.
Do I need to connect my store or ad account?
No. Download your ad and upload it to your store or ad platform yourself.
Will my ad perform like the reference?
A similar look does not guarantee similar sales. Results depend on your product, offer, audience and campaign.
