Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 21, 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Advelum at advelum.com, including its account, image and video generation, credit, billing, and related services ("Services"). The Services operate under the name advelum.com and the Advelum brand. References to "Advelum," "we," "us," and "our" mean advelum.com as the service operator. You can contact us at support@advelum.com.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. Do not use the Services if you do not agree.
Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and the applicable purchase disclosures should be read with these Terms. Nothing in these documents limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must meet the minimum age and legal capacity requirements to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. The Services are not directed to children under 13.
You may register with an email address or a supported third-party sign-in provider. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. Do not share or sell account access, impersonate another person, or create accounts to evade restrictions or obtain benefits improperly.
3. What Advelum Provides
Advelum helps you create product image and video ads using prompts, product photos, optional reference images or videos, and supported generation settings. You can view and download completed creations through your account.
A reference guides creative style, such as lighting, composition, camera movement, or pacing. It does not establish the identity of your product. Product photos and your instructions identify the product to advertise. AI may nevertheless alter details, generate inaccurate text, or produce an unsuitable result. Review every output before publishing it.
Supported models, durations, file types, sizes, and features are shown in the product. We do not guarantee a particular advertising result, exact reproduction of a reference, approval by an advertising platform, or uninterrupted availability of a particular model.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services to:
- violate applicable law or another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- submit content you lack the rights or permissions to use, including unauthorized likenesses, logos, music, or advertising materials;
- create illegal, exploitative, hateful, threatening, or otherwise harmful content;
- impersonate people, fabricate consumer experiences or endorsements, or create deceptive product claims;
- upload malware, interfere with security, evade moderation, or circumvent account or credit limits;
- abuse promotions, payment disputes, or refund procedures; or
- access the Services through unauthorized automation that causes unreasonable load or interferes with others' use.
We may review inputs and outputs using automated systems, service providers, and authorized personnel. We may block, withhold, or remove content and restrict accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, security, or legal compliance. Automated checks can make mistakes and do not guarantee that an output is lawful or appropriate. Contact support to request review of a decision.
5. Your Inputs and Generated Outputs
You retain whatever rights you hold in the prompts, product photos, reference materials, logos, and other content you submit ("Inputs"). You must have the rights necessary to submit those Inputs and authorize their processing.
You grant us a non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, transmit, and process Inputs and generated materials ("Outputs") as reasonably necessary to provide the requested Services, generate and deliver results, perform content moderation, resolve support issues, and meet legal obligations. This includes transmitting relevant materials to our generation and infrastructure providers. This service license does not authorize us to use your uploads or Outputs in public advertising for Advelum without your separate permission.
As between you and Advelum, we do not claim ownership of your Outputs. Subject to applicable law, these Terms, and third-party rights, you may use Outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes. This does not grant rights in third-party works, brands, likenesses, or other protected material that may appear in an Output.
Outputs may not be unique and may resemble materials created for other users. We do not guarantee that an Output is copyrightable, exclusive, or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing product accuracy, advertising claims, permissions, and any disclosure requirements before use.
Advelum's software, interfaces, site content, and branding belong to us or our licensors. Third-party models and technologies remain subject to their owners' rights.
6. Credit Packs and Generation Charges
Current public offers are one-time credit packs. Buying a credit pack does not create a subscription or authorize automatic renewal. Pack prices and credit quantities appear on the pricing page and at checkout. Purchased credit pack balances do not expire with time; they remain subject to usage, refunds, lawful reversals, and account restrictions under these Terms.
Generation costs depend on the selected model, output settings, and inputs, including reference media where applicable. The quoted credit cost is shown before you submit the task. A new task or regeneration may require a new credit charge.
We reserve the quoted credits while a task is processing. If a generation fails without delivering a file, the reservation is released. A completed, delivered generation consumes credits even if you decide not to use the result. An unusable or disputed result can be reported to support for review. A release of reserved credits is not a refund to your payment method.
Credits are usage units for the Services, are not a cash balance, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except through an approved or legally required refund. Future price or credit-cost changes do not retroactively change completed purchases or accepted task quotes.
7. Subscriptions, If Offered
This section applies only when a subscription is actually offered and you purchase it. It does not convert an existing credit pack purchase into a subscription.
Before purchase, the plan and checkout disclosures will state the price, billing frequency, included credits, allocation schedule, expiration rules, and renewal terms. A monthly subscription is billed monthly; an annual subscription is billed annually. An annual billing period does not necessarily mean all annual credits are issued at once.
Unless the purchase disclosures state otherwise, subscription credits are issued monthly, including under annual plans. Unused subscription credits expire at the next monthly allocation and do not roll over. Purchased credit pack balances are separate and are not removed merely because subscription credits reset or a subscription ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. You can manage an available subscription through Billing or contact support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Cancel before the next renewal to stop that charge. If available, resuming a scheduled cancellation before the period ends restores automatic renewal.
Available plan changes, their effective date, any additional charge or credit, and changes to credit allowances will be disclosed before you confirm. We do not promise that every upgrade or downgrade is available, or that an upgrade automatically produces a cash refund. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund previous charges.
We will give any notices of renewal, price changes, or cancellation rights required by applicable law. A subscription's purchase disclosures cannot override mandatory consumer rights.
8. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. By confirming a purchase, you authorize the amount and any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. Credits or subscription benefits become available after payment is confirmed; returning from checkout alone does not establish that fulfillment has completed.
Refund eligibility and the request procedure are described in our Refund Policy. Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, service failures, and mandatory consumer remedies are reviewed separately from discretionary requests based on a change of mind.
If you have statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights, those rights remain available unless an applicable legal exception has been validly satisfied. Where immediate supply or performance requires express consent or an acknowledgment about withdrawal rights, we must obtain it through the relevant purchase process. Merely accepting these Terms does not by itself waive those rights.
9. Storage and Deletion
Uploaded media and generated results have a 30-day retention period, measured separately from when each file is stored. After that period, uploaded media can no longer be reused through the service, and expired results are no longer available in your creations, previews, or downloads. Download and keep your own copies before expiry. The Services are not a permanent backup service.
Stored media is deleted through our storage provider’s automatic lifecycle rules. Physical removal runs asynchronously after expiry, so it may not occur at the exact moment access ends. Usage, credit, and payment records are retained separately for the purposes explained in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting a creation removes it from your account and initiates removal of its stored result. It does not automatically erase separately uploaded source materials, billing records, or records required for security, disputes, or legal compliance. Copies previously downloaded or shared with others may remain outside our control.
Contact support for account closure or a personal-data deletion request. Any applicable retention limits and exceptions will be considered separately. If we materially change this storage limit for existing accessible content, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to download it, except where removal is required sooner for safety or legal reasons.
10. Privacy and Third-Party Processing
Our Privacy Policy explains how account information, prompts, uploaded media, generated results, and technical data are processed. We use external providers for AI generation, content moderation, hosting and storage, email delivery, authentication, and payments. Relevant prompts, uploaded media, generation settings, outputs, account information, and transaction records may be processed by those providers to deliver the functions you request. The Privacy Policy identifies the current providers and describes their roles, data handling, and international processing. Provider availability and restrictions can affect delivery.
Uploaded media and results are not automatically listed in a public community gallery. However, some media URLs are accessible to anyone who has the complete link, including providers that need access to process a task. Do not treat these links as private storage for confidential material.
11. Service Changes and Account Restrictions
We may change or interrupt features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or other reasonable operational needs. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, or significant security risks. Where practicable and appropriate, we will explain the action and provide a support channel for review.
If we discontinue a paid service, we will provide notice where reasonably possible and handle unused paid entitlements in accordance with applicable law. Account suspension or termination does not eliminate non-excludable refund or data-protection rights.
12. Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that Outputs will be accurate, unique, suitable for a particular purpose, or achieve a particular marketing result.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, business opportunities, or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100.
These limits do not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including applicable statutory consumer remedies and liability for fraud or other conduct for which a limitation is prohibited.
13. Questions and Disputes
Please contact support@advelum.com with your account email, relevant transaction or task identifier, and a description of the issue. We will seek to resolve concerns reasonably and in good faith.
Contacting us is not a condition that prevents you from exercising a legal remedy, contacting a regulator or payment provider, or bringing a claim before a competent court. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
14. Updates
We will publish revisions with an updated date and provide notice of material changes. For new users and purchases, a revision applies when published or on a later date stated in the notice. For existing users, material changes take effect no earlier than 30 days after notice unless a shorter period is required by law. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases or override mandatory rights.
15. Contact
