Support and Billing

Include your account email, a short description of the issue, and any relevant order or generation identifier. For a payment question, include the charge date, amount, and currency. You can also review purchases and available subscription controls in Billing.

We aim to respond as promptly as reasonably possible. Complex technical, payment, and legal requests may require additional investigation. This email channel does not provide real-time or emergency support. Applicable statutory response deadlines remain in effect.

Privacy Requests

Use the subject Privacy Request to ask about access, correction, deletion, portability, or other applicable data rights. Include your account email and country or region so we can identify the request and applicable requirements.

We may ask for proportionate verification to protect your account and other people's information. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.

Refund Requests

Use the subject Refund Request and include your account email, purchase reference, charge details, and reason for the request. See our Refund Policy for the distinction between payment refunds and the release of credits from failed generations.

Copyright, Trademark, and Safety Reports

Include your name and contact details, the content or task identifier, a description of the issue, and the rights or safety concern involved. Provide enough information for us to locate and review the material. We may request supporting information before taking action.

Account Security

Never email passwords, one-time verification codes, full payment-card numbers, or card security codes. Include only information relevant to the issue, and redact unnecessary personal or confidential data from screenshots.
